• The charges paid for getting the KOOBA™ Library Software or its add-ons is non-refundable.
• In case you have paid the charges relating to KOOBA™ Library Software multiple times, please write to us at sales@koobalibsys.in and we will initiate the necessary procedure to refund your money. In case your payment has been collected by our channel partner and not by Acquiro Business Solution Private Limited, you may request for a full refund of the charges from the channel partner.

Note: The completion of the refund procedure is subject to agencies such as banks, payment gateways.
